The state-wide Trial Court-Clerk Employee Conference will be held July 12, 2016 at the Marriott East, Indianapolis (21st and Shadeland Avenue) from 9:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., EDT, with registration at 8:00 a.m. Judge and Clerks may send as many employees as they wish; however, space is limited to 400 participants and will be on a first come, first served basis. All registrations must be made by July 1, 2016 at 12:00 noon. Lunch will be provided for all participants. The Judicial Center will not be able to cover mileage and lodging expenses. If a participant wishes to stay at the hotel at their own expense, we have a limited room block available the Marriott East Hotel. When calling the Marriott East (317-352-1231), participants should request the “Indiana Judicial Center Court Personnel Conference” room block to receive the group rate of $107.00 for a single or double occupancy room (plus 17% tax). Room reservations need to be made by Monday, June 20, 2016 to guarantee this room rate.
